The Friends of Johnson County Library host Book Sales in their Sorting Center every Saturday. Volunteers are needed to help with cashiering, counting books, and greeting customers.

Are you looking to volunteer with the library but do not have the time to commit to a regular volunteer shift? If so, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for people who want to help with a variety of one-time volunteer opportunities. These opportunities may include: preparing mailings, setting-up for events, greeting and ushering programs, or helping with book sales. By joining this group, you will receive emails letting you know about new one-time volunteer opportunities. You will be able register for whichever opportunities interest you. It's that simple.
