Do you love to read and have an interest in leading a discussion around banned books? We are looking for a volunteer(s) to lead a Banned Book Club for the Friends of Johnson County Library. We have a small group of attendees that attend regularly and some who pop in as their schedules permit. The sessions are held from 4:30-5:30PM at Central Resource Library on the 3rd Thursday in Conference Room 4. In the facilitator role, you''d be responsible for reading the book and coming up with discussion questions to help supplement the discussion. The books selected by the group for the next year are:
