Conversation Partners are volunteers who are interested in helping people whose first language isn't English practice speaking in English. Two volunteers with strong English skills will be matched with 1-3 students who need a little help practicing enunciation. The groups will meet once a week in the library for an hour during the fall semester to practice English. Sessions will begin middle of September as ELL classes return and volunteers will be able to pick when they are available to meet with students. A ongoing commitment through mid-December is required to serve in this role.
